What is your service area?

We have four offices located in North Carolina and are proud to serve property owners throughout the entire state.

Is concrete lifting cheaper than replacing the concrete?

Yes, our concrete lifting services typically cost between 50% to 70% less than the cost of tearing out and replacing old concrete. It also saves you the time and mess associated with a full replacement project.

Do you offer any warranties?

Yes, we offer a two-year warranty against settling after we provide our concrete lifting services. Our goal is to provide an effective, long-lasting solution, and we’re proud to stand by our work.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely. We’re a fully licensed and insured contractor, and we prioritize the safety of both our team members and the condition of our clients’ properties.

Why should I choose your company?
Our team focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience along with exceptional results. We take many calls to help people because we are a family business that gives more personal attention.
Why should I choose concrete lifting over traditional mudjacking?

Unlike standard mudjacking, which relies on a heavy mixture that can actually cause the concrete to sink more, we use a lightweight foam to effectively lift concrete slabs without weighing them down. Our concrete lifting solutions are also cleaner, more durable, and require smaller injection holes.

Do you offer commercial concrete leveling services?

Definitely! We work with property managers, business owners, and HOAs to repair all types of concrete settling issues in warehouses, parking lots, driveways, and more. We’re also happy to provide off-hour services to minimize any disruption to your standard daily routine.

How does your concrete lifting process work?
First, we’ll drill a few small holes (about the size of a penny) into the concrete slab. Next, we’ll inject a specialized type of high-density polyurethane foam beneath the concrete, and as the foam cures, it will expand to fill voids and lift the slab back to its original position.
Will the foam eventually wash away or break down?

Nope! The type of foam we use is waterproof and environmentally inert, so you won’t have to worry about it washing away, breaking down, or losing its shape over time.

Is the foam safe to use around my pool?

Yes, our foam is actually ideal for pool decks because of its waterproof nature. It’s also resistant to pool chemicals and is a great solution for filling voids created by water erosion around pools.

Can you level my garage floor if it has settled?

Yes, our team has helped countless property owners level their garage floors. Since there’s no heavy machinery required to complete the concrete lifting process, we can easily access tight spaces without any issues.

How soon can I park my car on my driveway after it has been leveled?
Unlike new concrete, which requires days to fully cure, our structural foam reaches 90% of its full strength within 15 minutes of injection. This allows you to drive on it again right away, letting you return to your normal routine immediately.
What causes concrete to sink or settle in the first place?
In our area, settling is typically caused by soil erosion, poorly compacted dirt, or the natural shrinking and swelling that can occur with clay-heavy soils. Our lightweight foam helps prevent sinking and settling since it fills the voids left by shifting soil conditions.
Will the leveling process damage my landscape?

Since we don’t require any heavy trucks, excavators, or other equipment to provide our concrete leveling services, your landscape will be safe and sound. Our contractors will utilize long hoses to directly inject the foam into your concrete while leaving your entire property intact.

Can you lift interior concrete floors?

Yes, our process is clean and efficient enough to be used indoors. If your interior concrete slab has dropped or tilted, we can effectively lift it and restore balance to your property.

Can concrete leveling address foundation problems?

Concrete leveling is designed for “slab-on-grade” structures, such as floors and sidewalks. If your home’s actual foundation or crawlspace is starting to fail, we can assess the situation and let you know if our services are the right fit or if you need additional assistance.

Can you level a slab if it has a heavy load on it?
Yes, our high-density foam is strong enough to lift slabs even if they’re supporting heavy equipment or structures. For instance, we can even level concrete floors in industrial facilities.
Is the leveling foam eco-friendly?

Our structural foam is considered eco-friendly since it prevents waste generated by the concrete replacement process. It’s stable, doesn’t leach chemicals into the soil or groundwater, and is highly durable to provide permanent results.
