Our team at Concrete Uprising knows that you care about your home, and we want to help you keep it in excellent condition. One of the ways we do this is by offering house leveling services. House leveling is a process designed to correct the process of house settling, which is caused by the concrete foundation sinking slightly into the ground as the soil shifts underneath it. The process of house settling can put stress on the frame and structure of the house, so it’s important to correct the process as soon as possible.

How House Leveling Works

In this article, our team will provide a brief overview of how our house leveling services work, so you know what to expect when you contact us.

  • Assessment – When you call our team for house leveling services, we will first evaluate your foundation to determine the best approach to use to level it out. We’ll also take measurements of how far the foundation has settled so we can identify how much correction your foundation will need.
  • Steel Pier Installation – In some cases, the best way to level a house is to install steel piers underneath the settled foundation. These piers give the foundation extra support, lifting it back into its proper place and making sure it stays aligned correctly.
  • Concrete Leveling Foam Installation – In other cases, we may use concrete leveling foam for the house leveling process. Instead of using steel piers, we will inject foam underneath the affected parts of your foundation, and the foam will expand and harden to create additional support for the foundation and lift it back into place.
